Our Mission
Mindful Living Therapy was formed in 2024 by licensed clinical social worker, Kristin Cain. After years of working in a group practice, Kristin went into private practice with the goal of providing more focused care, with an emphasis on her specialization of Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Our work is guided by a belief in compassionate care, non-judgemental understanding, and evidence-based treatment. It is Mindful Living Therapy’s mission to empower and guide individuals to a more fulfilling life.
What we believe is simple: While pain is part of the human experience, suffering does not need to be.
By fostering a mindful approach to living and with the support of an experienced clinician, we believe that everyone is capable of achieving their own unique goals.
Based in Los Angeles and serving New York State, California and Massachusetts, Mindful Living Therapy is committed to helping our clients achieve self-actualization, strengthen relationships, and find inner peace.
